After completing the work, the exhaust steam is discharged at a pressure of 10kpa (a) and a temperature of 46 ℃, and enters the evaporative condenser. The condensate is recycled and reused, with a rated output power of 1130kW.

A chemical limited company has 22.5t/h of residual heat steam at 4.2MPa (g) and 382 ℃. In order to fully recover and utilize this low-grade thermal energy and supply exhaust steam for subsequent processes, a 780kW back pressure high-speed steam turbine unit is used to drive a 675kW feedwater pump, achieving the effect of comprehensive energy utilization.

A chemical limited company has 23.9t/h of residual heat steam at 3.1MPa (g) and 237.5 ℃. In order to fully recover and utilize this portion of low-grade thermal energy, and recover condensate, a 3700kW integrated high-speed steam turbine generator unit is used to drive a 3030kW air compressor. When the turbine output is insufficient, electricity is used to supplement, and a steam electric dual drive air compressor is used to recover this portion of residual heat steam. After completing the work, the exhaust steam is pressurized at 10kpa (a) and at 46 ℃, and enters the evaporative condenser , the condensate is recycled and reused.

In the production process of a certain metallurgical company, 0.5 ± 0.1 MPa (g) saturated steam can be generated at a rate of 15t/h per hour. this steam enters the condensing turbine unit, and the turbine will drive a 560kW water pump and a high-voltage motor to operate simultaneously. The design power of the turbine is 1600kW, and three modes of power electricity co generation technology are used for high-speed turbine operation. An overrunning clutch coupling is installed between the turbine and the motor, and the turbine can be stopped online without stopping in case of a malfunction. The rated steam intake of the turbine design generates loads to drive the water pump and high-voltage motor, respectively. After the renovation is completed, the circulating water pump can achieve an effective energy-saving power benefit of about 560kWh and a power generation benefit of no less than 880kWh, respectively.
